[PATCH v5 2/2] arm64: defconfig: Enable LT9611C bridge driver

Enable the Lontium LT9611C(EX/UXD) DSI-to-HDMI bridge driver as a
module. The LT9611C family supports single or dual MIPI DSI input and
outputs HDMI, and is used on multiple ARM64 platforms.
