[PATCH RFC 2/3] dt-bindings: qcom: Document IMDT QCS8550 SBC and SoM

Document the IMDT QCS8550 SBC which consists of an IMDT QCS8550 SoM
soldered onto an IMDT QCS8550 carrier board.
The IMDT QCS8550 SoM consists of a QCS8550, UFS and PMICs.
