[PATCH v3 13/14] arm64: defconfig: Enable DRM_SSD16XX for AM62L3 EVM

Enable the SSD16xx e-paper DRM driver as a module in the arm64
defconfig for use with the AM62L3 EVM and BeagleBadge-EPD boards.
