Hi everyone,

I'm working on another revision that'll include all the recent AER,
_OSC, etc. rework.

I'll send the next revision as a standalone set.

Next revision will have the feedback from Ilpo and Sashiko.

Also, PCIe v7.1 includes the updates for Flit Logging capability
revision 2. So I'd like to include support for that as additional
patches in this set. I don't have hardware to test rev2. But I figure
it'd be good to include it in this initial design to try and reduce
rework later.
