  Rename regulator-name from USB30_HUB to USB_HUB_EN
  Drop regulator-usb3-vbus-5v
  Drop reset-gpios from usb hub nodes
  Fix reg_dc_in regulator-name from "dc_in_12v" to "dc_in_5v"
