Thanks, this looks better.

And, could you elaborate what exactly doesn't work with the unpatched
kernel?  It looks like that the driver probes fine and recognizes NIDs
0x14, 0x15 and 0x16 properly.  Isn't it just a matter of your mixer
setup?
