Perhaps STATUS_BAR_SUBRANGE_SETUP_SKIP ?

Here you will have both STATUS_BAR_SUBRANGE_SETUP_NOSPC and
STATUS_BAR_SUBRANGE_SETUP_FAIL set.

Usually, we only have one bit set.
